How I arrived.

Twelve years in hair. Thirty years of autoimmune dermatitis flares. I learned about healing the only way you can, by living through the long version.

Hair was my first language. People would sit down for a cut and end up telling me things they had not told anyone. The chair, it turns out, is a quiet place. And the mirror, it turns out, is honest in ways that words sometimes are not.

In 2021 I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a certified health coach. Since then I have kept widening the practice into the spiritual, the embodied, the work underneath the work.

This is my passion. This is my purpose. I love what I do. And I love you.
